What You’ll Be Doing

Material Delivery & Transfers

• You’ll be the one making sure the right solar gear gets to the right place at the right time.

• Drive, deliver, and drop off materials to job sites before the crews roll in.

• Load and unload trucks like a champ—with safety and precision.

• Keep your vehicle organized so materials arrive intact and ready to go.

• Help move materials between company locations as needed.

Warehouse Support

• Help receive incoming shipments and keep the warehouse running smoothly.

• Pick, stage, and prep materials for outgoing deliveries.

• Jump in on processing returns, scrap, or RMA items.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment like a pro (we can help you get certified if needed).

• Keep the place clean, safe, and organized—no one likes a messy warehouse.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all company and OSHA safety protocols.

• Inspect your vehicle before and after use. If something’s off, report it.

• Secure all loads properly so nothing shifts on the road.

• Basically, keep yourself and others safe while doing a great job.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1–2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or delivery (preferred)

• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL is a plus, but not a deal-breaker)

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stay on your feet in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with forklifts, pallet jacks, and general material handling

• Solid attention to detail—you know that little things matter

• Great communication skills and a team-first mindset

Salary: $15-$18/hr
