What You’ll Be Doing
Manage the day-to-day activities of a high-volume solar warehouse—including receiving, storing, and shipping solar panels, inverters, and racking systems.
Maintain precise inventory levels and implement tracking systems to eliminate waste and maximize efficiency.
Supervise, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates with clear performance goals and a strong emphasis on safety and accountability.
Optimize warehouse operations by applying lean principles and best-in-class practices.
Ensure all equipment and materials meet quality standards through rigorous inspections and quality control protocols.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and optimized for space utilization.
Oversee shipping and receiving to ensure all deliveries are timely and accurate.
Monitor equipment maintenance and schedule repairs as needed.
Enforce all safety procedures and lead regular safety trainings.
Deliver accurate reporting on inventory, operations, and safety metrics to leadership.
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field (preferred)
Prior warehouse management experience—solar or renewables industry experience is a major plus
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory software
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a physically active environment
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it
A strong commitment to quality control and workplace safety
